1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on hf88. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. "One account" means one account per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balances.

3.3 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hf88 support immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your hf88 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each bonus are specified on the relevant promotion page. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

hf88 actively monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus turnover, exploiting software errors or technical glitches to generate illegitimate bonus credits, and any form of collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date and/or wagering deadline. Any bonus funds or associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the account balance. hf88 is not obligated to extend bonus expiry periods under any circumstances.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Refunds will not be issued solely on the grounds of a player-side connection failure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hf88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hf88 account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which further play is restricted until the period resets.

hf88's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to hf88 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
